Deleting Your Braces Tracker Account

We're sorry to hear you want to delete your braces tracker account. You're able to directly delete your account in the app, under the 'Profile' -> 'Account Settings' page. If you are having trouble with the self-serve process, you can email support@bracestracker.com for further assistance.

Most data can be deleted directly in-app with provided functionality. If there is any other data you would like to delete without deleting your account, please contact support@bracestracker.com and we will assist you as best we can.
